At this home in East Vic Park this annoying gap near the roof would allow wind and bug to finding their way in. Plus, hosting dinner parties on the patio didn’t go so well when there was suddenly an unexpected downpour.

 Despite what it may look like from the outside this custom Annexe still allows in natural light and airflow rather than creating dark and gloomy space like other solutions. We were able to customise the annexe to the exact size needed bringing shelter from the elements we had it installed within a few hours.

For this installation 1 x Custom Annex was selected to enclose the area. All the aluminium components were Powder Coated in Classic Cream to work with the existing surroundings to provide a seamless finish.

To provide the UV protection HVG Fabrics supplied Visiontex® Plus Mesh in Amazon with over 94% UV protection. For your job we have a huge range of options and colours including 85% all the way up to 99%.
