From knocking back a cold drink after work to having friends over for a feast a neat and simple solution was required.
With the help of eZIP® Outdoor Blinds we’ve enclosed this outdoor space, helping to keep the bus out, and the dinners uninterrupted.
To keep things simple, these blinds are motorised, creating a quick bug free sanctuary with the simple press of a button.
For this installation 4 x Motorised eZIP® Outdoor Blinds and 4 x Custom Fixed Panels with colour matched hood boxes were selected to create a perfect patio relaxation zone. All the aluminium components were Powder Coated in Surf Mist to work with the existing surroundings to provide a seamless finish.

DAMAGING NORTHERLY WINDS averaging 60 to 70 km/h with peak gusts of around 100 km/h are likely about coastal areas between Rockingham and Augusta from Saturday evening.
The passage of the front during the early hours of Sunday will see winds shift to a northwesterly, with DAMAGING WIND GUSTS of around 110 km/h possible on the coast and peak gusts around 100 km/h extending a little further inland associated with gusty showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Conditions are expected to ease by sunrise on Sunday morning, though some shower and isolated thunderstorm activity is possible into Sunday afternoon.
Locations which may be affected include Bunbury, Busselton, Mandurah, Margaret River, Augusta, Dunsborough, Mandurah, Rockingham and Rottnest Island.

The Department of Fire and Emergency Services advises that people should:

Innaloo’s Dual Purpose Patio Blind Installation
This Innaloo backyard patio was often unusable, being too hot and windy in summer and cold in winter.
To block the hot sun and stop the winds from ruining a nice area we installed a set of Roof To Fence Blinds. Attaching them horizontally to the fence provides sunshade, and high airflow, keeping the area cooler in the summer months. During the colder months they can be straight dropped, to create a sheltered entertainment zone.
Being manually operated, they require no extra electrical work for installation making them a quick and reliable way to protect from the elements.
Ultimately they were the perfect way to create a year-round entertainment and relaxation area.
To complete this installation 2 x Roof to Fence Blinds, Doubling as Crank and Clip Blinds were selected, and all the aluminium components were powder coated in White.

Innaloo’s Dual Purpose Patio Blind Installation
This Innaloo backyard patio was often unusable, being too hot and windy in summer and cold in winter.
To block the hot sun and stop the winds from ruining a nice area we installed a set of Roof To Fence Blinds. Attaching them horizontally to the fence provides sunshade, and high airflow, keeping the area cooler in the summer months. During the colder months they can be straight dropped, to create a sheltered entertainment zone.
Being manually operated, they require no extra electrical work for installation making them a quick and reliable way to protect from the elements.
Ultimately they were the perfect way to create a year-round entertainment and relaxation area.
To complete this installation 2 x Roof to Fence Blinds, Doubling as Crank and Clip Blinds were selected, and all the aluminium components were powder coated in White.
Next HVG Fabrics supplied Visonex® Mesh in Limestone with 94% UV protection to block the UV rays while allowing the airflow to come through. For your job we have a huge range of options and colours including 85% all the way up to 99%.
