Piara Waters | Roof to Fence Blind and Ziptrak® Outdoor Blind

A Roof to Fence Blinds offered an energy saving solution for this house in Piara Waters. By blocking the harsh UV rays from the hot afternoon sun, the inside temperature has dropped significantly. With less need for air-conditioning the energy bills have already started to drop.

We also transformed the back patio of the home into a protected haven from heat, wind and rain with a Ziptrak® Outdoor Blind. Not only is the outdoor space now the perfect place to host and relax all year, but the exterior blinds will also help to regulate the indoor temperature. Plus, they create a cohesive and modern aesthetic.

For this installation 1 x extra wide 6m Roof to Fence Blind and 1 x Ziptrak® Outdoor Blind were selected to enclose the area. Customised to fit the space, a hood box was installed on the Ziptrak® Blind for a neater installation. All the aluminium components were Powder Coated to work with the existing surroundings to provide a seamless finish.

To provide the UV protection HVG Fabrics supplied Visiontex® Plus Mesh in Aarat and Tungsten both with UV protection of 99%. For your job we have a huge range of options and colours including 85% all the way up to 99%.
