Outdoor Blinds Wheatbelt

Installing and supplying Outdoor Blinds & Shade solutions in Wheatbelt

The Wheatbelt is a long way from the coast and the weather shows it: summer days over 40 degrees with hot, dry easterlies and flies, dust every time the wind picks up, and winter mornings that start well below zero. Homes are farmhouses with deep verandahs, town houses on wide blocks and sheds that double as entertaining areas, and the outdoor area is where family and community life happens for most of the year. Outdoor blinds turn a verandah that is only usable in spring and autumn into one that works in a harvest heatwave and a July frost.

All About Shade regularly quotes and installs outdoor blinds across the central and eastern Wheatbelt, including Merredin, Corrigin, Kondinin, Kulin, Narembeen, Hyden, Lake Grace, Kellerberrin, Bruce Rock, Wyalkatchem and Wadderin, and out through the Goldfields to Kalgoorlie. We are West Australian owned, an authorised Ziptrak® retailer, and every installation carries our 5 Year Guarantee.

What we install most in the Wheatbelt

Ziptrak® Outdoor Blinds are the most requested product across the region, and the gallery on this page shows why: a barbecue area enclosure and Ziptrak® blinds at Corrigin, entertaining made easy and a pool view installation at Kondinin, family friendly blinds at Lake Grace, a caravan park and a Wheatbelt installation at Kulin, and Ziptrak® at Narembeen, Hyden and Wadderin. Track guided, sealed in their side channels against dust and flies, and able to stop at any height, they close in a verandah while keeping the view over the paddocks.

eZIP® Outdoor Blinds are our value track guided option, and an eZIP® patio protective shield and outdoor entertaining installation at Merredin show them handling the eastern Wheatbelt. Further east, Ziptrak® installations with aluminium hood boxes at Kalgoorlie show what the products can do in the Goldfields. Crank & Clip Blinds are a simple manual blind for an older farmhouse verandah, and Folding Arm Awnings give retractable shade over a deck.

Heat, dust, flies and wide open spaces

For inland heat we recommend a 94 to 97 per cent Visiontex® or Vistaweave® mesh that blocks glare while letting air through, so the verandah stays cooler rather than stuffier with the blinds down. The Streamline pelmet with insect control system seals the top of the blind against flies, and a bottom bar weather strip stops dust and wind lifting the blind. Farm verandahs and sheds are often wider than 6 metres, so a removable post splits the span, and where there is no power nearby, solar powered motors avoid trenching cable. Hardware is powder coated aluminium in Colorbond® colours to match a shed or roof.

Recent work across the Wheatbelt

The gallery below includes installations at Corrigin, Kondinin, Kulin, Lake Grace, Narembeen, Hyden, Wadderin, Merredin and Kalgoorlie. Wheatbelt customers tend to find us through a neighbour or a relative who has had blinds fitted, and the gallery is the quickest way to see what they had done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From start to finish the All about Shade team made the process of getting roof to fence blinds easy. From the initial quote and measure (Jake) to installation (Travis & his offsider), each person we interacted with was accommodating, happy to answer any questions we had and genuinely invested in our job. Our blinds look fantastic and are going to make the world of difference to our outdoor living this summer! Although not the cheapest blinds on the market they also aren't the most expensive; with the quality of the product and the great customer service at each stage making the price 100% worth it! We would definitely recommend using All about Shade!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had all about shade install outdoor blinds on our patio. From start to finish the experience was seamless and the blinds have completely transformed how we use our outdoor area. There was a huge range of colours to choose from and the custom made blinds were made to fit our tricky space.

The all about shade team were friendly, professional and showed up on time.

I would definitely recommend all about shade.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Just a brilliant service from start to finish, the blinds are beyond what we hoped for and our whole alfresco has been transformed into a room we love. I had ziptrack blinds to 2 sides with the remote control (which I very highly recommend) with aluminum plantation blinds to 2 inlets.. These were the only guys who could do both types of blinds, other companies who quoted us were more expensive and just offered to recommend someone else to do the plantation blinds. This company was the best value, consummate professionals to deal with throughout and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All About Shades. WOW!! What a great team. Last week I spoke to Jacinta the Owner and other office personnel over the phone about technical matters of our Outdoor Ziptrack Blinds and Indoor Shutters. Their level of expertise, problem solving, business acumen and response to my requirements was at a very high level of professionalism second to none.

My wife and I were greeted today by the presence of Fred from their technical services & Installation department. Great staff presentation, fast and efficient work ethic whilst onsite. What a compassionate and sincere demeanor Fred has on behalf of the company.

I would always highly recommend All About Shades to all that desire in dealing with a market leader in its industry.
