Wanneroo | Motorised Folding Arm Awning

This Wanneroo installation was designed to make the pool area more comfortable and usable during the hottest parts of the day.

The pool was already a great family space, but with strong sun coming through from above, the area could quickly become too hot and exposed. By installing a motorised folding arm awning, the owners now have a simple way to create shade over the pool and surrounding paved area when the heat is at its strongest.

The awning can be extended at the press of a button, helping the whole family stay cooler while relaxing by the pool. When shade is not needed, it retracts neatly back, keeping the area open and clear.

With 4 posts powder coated in Ivory, the installation blends neatly with the existing fencing and pool area while providing strong support for the awning system.

For this installation, a motorised folding arm awning was selected to provide flexible shade across the pool area.

The setup was installed with 4 posts powder coated in Ivory, helping the structure blend in cleanly with the existing outdoor space. The awning is remote controlled using a Linx motor, making it easy to extend or retract as the sun moves throughout the day.
