From start to finish the All about Shade team made the process of getting roof to fence blinds easy. From the initial quote and measure (Jake) to installation (Travis & his offsider), each person we interacted with was accommodating, happy to answer any questions we had and genuinely invested in our job. Our blinds look fantastic and are going to make the world of difference to our outdoor living this summer! Although not the cheapest blinds on the market they also aren't the most expensive; with the quality of the product and the great customer service at each stage making the price 100% worth it! We would definitely recommend using All about Shade!

We recently had all about shade install outdoor blinds on our patio. From start to finish the experience was seamless and the blinds have completely transformed how we use our outdoor area. There was a huge range of colours to choose from and the custom made blinds were made to fit our tricky space.

The all about shade team were friendly, professional and showed up on time.

I would definitely recommend all about shade.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Just a brilliant service from start to finish, the blinds are beyond what we hoped for and our whole alfresco has been transformed into a room we love. I had ziptrack blinds to 2 sides with the remote control (which I very highly recommend) with aluminum plantation blinds to 2 inlets.. These were the only guys who could do both types of blinds, other companies who quoted us were more expensive and just offered to recommend someone else to do the plantation blinds. This company was the best value, consummate professionals to deal with throughout and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

The blinds are great winter or summer, stops a lot of wind and makes it a very cosy place.
The guys that came out and did the maintenance on them were friendly and helpful.

All About Shades. WOW!! What a great team. Last week I spoke to Jacinta the Owner and other office personnel over the phone about technical matters of our Outdoor Ziptrack Blinds and Indoor Shutters. Their level of expertise, problem solving, business acumen and response to my requirements was at a very high level of professionalism second to none.

My wife and I were greeted today by the presence of Fred from their technical services & Installation department. Great staff presentation, fast and efficient work ethic whilst onsite. What a compassionate and sincere demeanor Fred has on behalf of the company.

I would always highly recommend All About Shades to all that desire in dealing with a market leader in its industry.

However
From start to finish with the initial call to All about Shades to Glen at Sales to Sam who did the final measure and Dion who installed the blinds the process was worry free efficient and very professional .
