At this Nannup property, the owners wanted to make better use of their outdoor spaces. With southern WA’s weather swinging from warm afternoons to chilly winds, Ziptrak® blinds offered a simple way to create a sheltered, comfortable area, without permanently enclosing it.
The blinds provide protection from wind and sun, keeping the space cleaner and more usable while making it feel like a natural extension of the home. By installing Ziptrak blinds, the balcony and patio have become year-round living areas where they can relax, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the surrounding views.
For this installation, 4 x Paperbark Ziptrak® Outdoor Blinds were chosen and fitted with Colorbond® hood boxes. All the aluminium components were Powder Coated to work with the existing surroundings to provide a seamless finish.
To provide the UV protection HVG Fabrics supplied Visiontex® Plus Mesh in Kelp with 94% UV protection. For your job we have a huge range of options and colours including 85% all the way up to 99%.
