This Claremont installation was designed to help turn the patio into a more usable space across the whole year.

During the warmer months, the Crank & Clip Blinds help shelter the area from hot afternoon sun, reducing glare and making the patio more comfortable to sit in. During the cooler months, they can also help cut back cold wind and rain moving through the space.

By surrounding the patio area, the blinds give the owners more control over the conditions outside without permanently enclosing the space. They can be lowered when protection is needed, then raised again when the patio can stay open.

The Graphite Visiontex® Plus Mesh gives the installation a clean, practical finish while helping reduce UV exposure, glare and weather moving through the area.

For this installation, 2 x Crank & Clip Blinds were selected to provide practical shade and weather protection around the patio area.

The manual crank system gives the owners a simple way to lower the blinds when the afternoon sun, wind or rain makes the space less comfortable. Once lowered, the blinds clip into place to provide a more secure and protected setup.

All aluminium components were powder coated to work with the existing surroundings, helping the blinds sit neatly within the patio area. HVG Fabrics supplied Visiontex® Plus Mesh in Graphite, offering 94% UV protection.
