This beautifully built dining and entertainment area was rarely used to its full potential. 

Opening the bi-fold doors to enjoy fresh air led to a bug invasion, creating a problem between letting the outside in and keeping the inside enjoyable. This left the family with two bad options: either keep the doors open and invite the bugs or keep them closed and lose out on the flow of fresh air. 

Since the Bi-fold doors open outwards, we addressed the issue by installing a Ziptrak® Outdoor Blind on the inside instead of the outside. This created an easy to use, retractable barrier against pesky bugs that will let the homeowners make the most of their dining and entertainment space. 

For this job, 1 x  Ziptrak® Outdoor Blind was selected, and all aluminium components were powder-coated in Classic Cream to complement the existing elements of the entertainment space. 

To provide UV protection  HVG Fabrics supplied Visiontex® Mesh in Graphite with 94% UV protection. For your job, we have a vast range of options and colours, including 85% all the way up to 99%.

Ultimately, this installation has expanded the usability of the area in the house and added value to the property.
