With the sun beating directly onto this backyard and side access area, a solution was needed to make it more usable throughout the year and to help the plants survive the heat.

To create a barrier against the hot sun, we installed a set of Roof to Fence Blinds, when fixed horizontally they block the sun during the day and provide extra privacy from the neighbours. When fixed vertically, they form a shield from unpleasant breezes, ensuring a more comfortable and enjoyable backyard experience.

Being manually operated, no extra electrical work is required on installation, making for a quick and reliable solution to protect from the elements.

This is now a more comfortable spot for year round relaxation, while also creating a zone where your plants can thrive, letting you tend to them in any weather.

For this installation 5 x Roof to Fence Blinds and 1 x Ziptrak® Outdoor Blind were selected, and all the aluminium components were powder coated in Paper Bark.
