Heat, dust, flies and heritage
For inland heat we recommend a 94 to 97 per cent Visiontex® or Vistaweave® mesh that blocks glare while letting air through, so the verandah stays cooler rather than stuffier. The Streamline pelmet with insect control system seals the top of the blind against flies and dust. York, Toodyay and Northam have heritage precincts, and we custom powder coat hardware and choose discreet pelmets to suit an older facade. Where there is no power near a verandah or shed, solar powered motors avoid trenching cable, and manual Ziptrak® with a pull stick is the simple alternative.
